Final Details & Rehearsal
- Final details meeting (2-3 weeks before wedding)
- Distribution of timeline to all vendors
- Ceremony rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour)
- Processional planning and cueing
Wedding Day Management
- Lead Coordinator on-site for up to 10 hours
- Assistant coordinator (included for larger weddings)
- Management of all vendor arrivals and setup
- Execution of timeline from start to finish
- Ceremony coordination (processional + recessional cues)
- Oversight of reception flow (entrances, speeches, first dance, etc.)
- Point of contact for all vendors and guests
